We believe in standing behind our products. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. It's that simple.

Returnable
Unopened products purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable
Opened, consumed, or damaged products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
Unopened & Unused
The product must be completely unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept opened or partially consumed items.
Original Packaging
Products must be in the original Fern Verde packaging with all seals intact. Repackaged items are not returnable.
Within 30 Days
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot process returns.
Proof of Purchase
We'll need your order number, which is shown in your confirmation email. This helps us verify your purchase and process your return faster.
Not Damaged by Customer
The product must not be damaged by mishandling or improper storage. We can only refund products that are defective due to our error or manufacturing issue.

Refund Amount
Refunds include the full product purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by us (prepaid label).
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the credit appears on your statement. If you paid with a different method, we'll discuss the best option when processing your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable for health, safety, and regulatory reasons:
Opened or consumed beverages, mints, or edibles
Damaged or defaced products
Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Products without original packaging or seals
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Topicals or serums that have been opened or partially used
Items from third-party retailers or resellers
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or mislabeled product, we'll make it right — even if it's outside our 30-day return window.

- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund
Return Address
When you contact us to initiate a return, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. This label will direct your package to our returns facility. Do not send returns to our main office without a return label.
Important: Always use the prepaid return label we provide. Shipping your return without approval may result in our refusal to accept it or delays in processing your refund.

Can I return an opened product?
No. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept opened or consumed products. Our 30-day guarantee applies only to unopened, sealed products.
What if I'm outside the 30-day window?

How long does a refund take?
