We reserve the right to verify your age and cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy: We ship to all 50 states and Washington D.C. Hemp-derived products are federally legal and can be shipped nationwide. However, a small number of states may have additional restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that hemp products are legal in your jurisdiction.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard (5-7 business days), expedited, and overnight shipping. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. We recommend selecting insurance or signature confirmation for valuable orders.

Returned/Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. You are responsible for shipping costs to correct the address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return Period: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. Opened or consumed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Process: Contact us at hello@fernverde.com to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Terms: Refunds include the purchase price but not original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened, consumed, or damaged products; items purchased more than 30 days ago; items without original packaging.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your access to and use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of any third-party sites you visit.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fern Verde is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
