Hemp Product Legality
Our hemp-derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. However, a few states have additional restrictions on hemp-derived products.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that hemp products are legal in your state. If you have questions about your state's laws, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Notification
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link to track your package in real time.
Delivery Confirmation
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery. All packages require a signature or can be left in a secure location as requested.
Risk of Loss & Insurance
Risk of loss transfers to you once your package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). While we partner with reputable carriers, we cannot guarantee safe delivery or be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
For valuable orders, we recommend:
- Selecting signature confirmation at checkout
- Choosing expedited shipping with built-in insurance
- Requesting delivery to a secure address
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos and tracking information, and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided (due to incorrect address, refusing delivery, etc.), the carrier will attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In this case:
- We will attempt to contact you to provide a corrected address
- You are responsible for paying correct shipping costs to reship
- If we cannot reach you within 30 days, we may issue a store credit or refund (minus original shipping fees)
Pro tip: Always double-check your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect addresses are a common cause of delivery issues.
International Shipping
Currently, Fern Verde does not offer international shipping. We only deliver to addresses within the United States, U.S. territories, and Washington D.C.
